Terms & Conditions

If you are not satisfied with your product, please email support@frogwedge.com. We will do our best to make it right, or refund your purchase. All refunds must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. Please email support@frogwedge.com to receive a free return label. Once your return is received and processed, the order amount minus a 10% restocking fee will be reimbursed. Frogwedge does not reimburse shipping fees from the original order. International Orders (outside of the U.S) DO NOT include additional Duty Fees that may be assessed by your local government. FrogWedge is not responsible for any errors in the information provided at checkout may result in delays of shipment, additional shipping fees to re-send products, and/or loss of order.
